~ On the Attorney General’s Office seeking review by the full Court of Appeals in the Dustin Turner case ~
RICHMOND – Attorney General Bill Mims released the following statement today regarding the Attorney General’s office appealing the Dustin Turner case to the full Court of Appeals:
“I have decided to seek review by the full Court of Appeals in the case of Dustin Turner. The three-judge panel of the Court of Appeals was sharply divided. It is imperative that a case of such significance be decided by the full court.”
