OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
SPECIAL ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL
ANTITRUST AND CONSUMER LITIGATION SECTION
CIVIL LITIGATION DIVISION

DUTIES: This individual will analyze, investigate and prosecute suspected violations of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.  Must have excellent research and writing skills and be prepared to assist in all phases of discovery and to appear in the appropriate state or federal court in actions filed against alleged violators. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage complex cases.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, concentrating on consumer protection or commercial matters.  Must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar.  Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
